Story
Juniper Lee is an 11-year-old Chinese American girl who has been given the status of Te Xuan Ze, or protector of the balance between the human and magical worlds. Both worlds are separated by an invisible shield, known as “The Veil”, making it impossible for humans to see all the magic activity. To fully take on her role, Juniper has superhuman strength, superhuman speed, superhuman reflexes and superhuman agility. It’s not always easy for Juniper to live a normal teenage life while also battling monsters and demons.
