Casper is a cute ghost-child who lives in a haunted house with adult ghosts who love scaring the living. Casper, however, is not a regular ghost : he would love to make friends with people ! He leaves the house, hoping to find friends. At first, the animals that he meets run off screaming when they see him. But he eventually becomes friends with two children, Bonnie and Johnny, who welcome Casper into their home.
