Story

The French animated series “Abraca” follows the story of Abraca, a 12-year-old apprentice magician from the magical world of Imagi, who is sent to Earth by the knight Don Quixote, to protect Earthlings against invading creatures from her planet. She is accompanied by her chicken Hildegarde. The series is a spin-off of the video game Abraca.
The show centers around Abraca and her interactions with Firmin, a young boy whose world is turned upside-down when he is forced to team up with Abraca.
The series is a comedy that explores the adventures and personal dilemmas faced by the characters.

Who are the main characters of Abraca?

Abraca: a teenage girl from Imagi, with a predisposition for magic, who is sent to Earth by her adoptive father Don Quichotte. On Earth, Abraca will train with the witch Carabosse to learn to harness her power.
Carabosse: she is a very powerful witch, also originating from Imagi, who goes by the name Mamie. She is the protector of the magic well, through wh ichvillainous creatures from Imagi might try and invade the Earth.
Firmin: Mamie's grandson. He spends the summer holidays at his grandmother's house, without knowing anything about her secret identity.
Coqueluche: a talking cat, who accompanied Carabosse from the magical world of Imagi.
Lulu: Firmin's neighbour. She often invites herself over.
Hildegarde: she is Abraca's pet chicken. She lays golden eggs.
