The Action Pack are Treena, Watts, Wren and Clay, four superheroes-in-training who are taught by Mr. Ernesto and his robot dog Plunky at the Action Academy. They each have a unique power: Treena can control plant life, Watts can control electricity, Wren has animal abilities, while Clay has plasma power. The four friends need to enhance their special skills to be able to fight the evil villains like Dinah Rex.

Treena: The Action Pack's leader. She's an excellent gardener who loves the color green. She can control plant life and uses the "Petal Power Shield".
Watts: He can control electricity and can morph his legs into lightning bolts for super speed. His color is blue.
Wren: A girl who has animal abilities. She can fly like a butterfly, she's strong as a polar bear, she can smell like a fox, she can become as small as a mouse and as fast as a cheetah. Her color is yellow.
