Story

Chinese-American Jake Long is no ordinary 13-year-old: he is only half-human and a direct descendant of dragons! Besides trying to be a regular teenage boy with regular adolescent problems, Jake is also training to unlock his full potential and transform into the first American Dragon. With the help of his Grandpa Lao Shi and his 600 year-old Fu Dog, Jake must protect all the magical creatures that live in Manhattan, such as unicorns, leprechauns, mermaids and many others, from the claws of numerous villains. Jake can be seen zooming through the streets on his skateboard on his way to his next rescue mission.
