Story

Bernard is a curious polar bear who goes through life like an elephant through a china shop. He is incredibly clumsy and can’t seem to do anything right. He is either knocked unconscious or gets injured at the end of every episode. Bernard communicates by making guttural sounds, which seems to be understood by his friends the penguins, the lizard and the chihuahua.
