“Bionic Max” is a French animated series produced by Gaumont Animation, that premiered in 2021.
It follows the wacky adventures of Max, the very first bionic guinea pig and his best friend Jean-Claude, a goldfish. Both animals were test animals in a laboratory, that they managed to escape.
Together, they find their way to the busy streets of the town of Woodchuck Woods, where they must try to fit in with other animals and new found friends. Unfortunately, Max is malfunctioning and JC isn’t the brightest of goldfish, so they have all sorts of clumsy and mad adventures as they adapt to their new reality outside the lab they called home.
