Story

When young Rex stumbles upon the Dino Tuner, an ancient guardian of Dino Star, he becomes a Dino Master. This tuner allows him to team up with the DinoCores Tyranno, Saber and Stego, who have been sent to Earth by Baryon the great Dino Master just before his death. Together they must try to stop evil Darkno from conquering the universe and save the world.

Rex: He is the main protagonist of the story. He is curious about dinosaurs and often acts without thinking. He was chosen by Baryon to become the next Dino Master.
Emily: She is in love with Rex. She is bright and lively and becomes Rex's personal manager.

Fabro: He is Rex's dad and owns the Dino Pizza restaurant.
Baryon: He was the previous Dino Master and defeated Darkno. He appoints Rex to be the next one.
Darkno: He is an evil villain who wants to take over the universe. His worst enemy is Rex.
Tyranno Core: He is the leader of the DinoCores. He is red.
Saber Core: He is a white DinoCore with tiger-like fangs.
Stego Core: He is a strong DinoCore, but he is indecisive.
Ankylo: This DinoCore allows D-Buster to transform into Mega D-Buster or Ultra D-Buster.
