Story
“En grande forme” is a 2010 French animated series produced by “Je Suis Bien Content”.
Aimed primarily at children aged 6 to 12, “En Grande Forme” aims to encourage children to eat well and get moving.
Adapted from a collection of eponymous children’s books published by Nathan, written by Dr Françoise Rastoin-Faugeron and illustrated by Benjamin Chaud, the series directed by Jérémie Hoarau is produced in HD Flash / After Effects animation.
It features a “scientific guide”, played by Professor Merlin, who intervenes at any time to answer Lilou’s and her brother Rémi’s questions about a question asked at the beginning of the episode. Everyday, the professor gives away his “secret of the day”, an important fact about nutrition that will help Lilou and Remi stay healthy and in great shape.
What can you do to build more muscles? How much water do you need to drink in a day? What’s the importance of sport? Is it healthy to eat meat every day? Is it okay to drink milk? What should I do when I don’t like vegetables?
