Set on the fantastical planet of Farzar, this animated series follows the misadventures of Prince Fichael, the son of the tyrannical czar Renzo. The narrative unfolds as Fichael, portrayed as well-meaning yet inept, is reluctantly thrust into leadership when his father appoints him as the head of the Special Hostile Assault Team (S.H.A.T.) on his 30th birthday. This team comprises an eccentric group of characters, including Scootie, a cyborg with only his male anatomy remaining from his human form; conjoined twins Mal and Val Skullcrusher, who embody contrasting personalities; and Barry Barris, a morally ambiguous scientist reminiscent of archetypal mad scientists from other series.
The overarching plot centers around Fichael’s quest to protect their domed city from the villainous Bazarack, who seeks to reclaim Farzar from Renzo’s oppressive rule.
