There’s no one better at combatting crime then brother and sister Ty and Abby. They both secretly work for the Bureau of Grossology, a top secret government agency that investigates gross phenomena and gross criminals who commit gross crimes! Based on real scientific facts, each episode follows the siblings as they try and find the culprit. They are assisted by their friend Lab Rat who is a tech specialist and invents all their cool crime-fighting accessories.

Tyler: The main character of the cartoon, he is a grossology expert and is not afraid to get her hands dirty.
Abby: Tyler's older sister, she also likes everything gross and slimy.
Lab Rat: A colleague of Tyler and Abby, who works at the Bureau of Grossology as a tech support assistant.
The Director: The arrogant head of the Bureau of Grossology, someone who's easily freaked out by anything gross.
Insectiva: She wishes to wipe out human kind so that bugs can rule the earth.
The Slim Sime Man: A sewer worker who fused with a slime mold during work, and who's now a giant slimy creature.
Fartor: A boy who adapted to breathing in toxic gases because his brother farted on him during 15 years.
Sloppy Joe: Because he never washes his body, a whiff of his stink can make people fall unconscious.
The Scab Fairy: After a career as beauty queen and a trauma about a small cut, she created a high-tech dragonfly-suit made of human scabs.
Lance Boil: A former Grossologist, who became jealous of the Director. Unfortunately, when trying to overthrow him, he shrunk himself and ended up with a pus-filled head.
