When 9-year-old Kody visits his family in China, he finds out that he is next in line to become the Village Defender. There is an enemy lurking, and Kody must make sure nothing bad happens to the villagers. With the help of his grandfather Master Li, Kody must defend his family’s home town against the villain Mogo Monkey No Go and his minions. Kody’s cousin Mei and Goji the tiger are also there to help. Luckily they dispose of a super secret weapon called the Sapphire Dragon, that gives the children martial art superpowers.
