Lupo Alberto

Albert is a wolf in love with the hen Marta, who matches him, but their love is thwarted by the dog Moses, placed to guard the chicken coop on the McKenzie farm where his fiancée also lives. Albert the wolf lives alone in the woods on a hill near the farm, and initially approached the chicken coop not only to kidnap his fiancée, but also to eat the other chickens.

The events of Albert are set on the McKenzie farm, and the animals featured in the series have human behaviors and anthropomorphic features. In addition to his girlfriend Marta and guard dog Moses, there are Glycerin the duck, Alcide the pig, Krug the bull, and Ludovico the horse, among others. Then there are the neighbors, such as Enrico the mole and his wife Cesira, and occasional secondary characters who come from the city or live in the vicinity of the farm such as Alice, Silvietta the shag sparrow, Odoardo (who is Marta’s cousin), and other characters without a precise identity. Marta, his eternal fiancée, tries to push him into marriage, but he won’t hear of it. Despite his love for the hen, on several occasions he has fallen for others, such as Alianorah.
