“Momonsters” is a Spanish animated series developed in 2020. The series has required four years of work and more than 100 professionals.
The Momonsters, Haha, Hehe, Hihi, Hoho and Huhu, want to be children’s best friends but… where do you learn to be one? Welcome to the Momonsters Academy, where every day a different boy or girl will show what he or she likes best in the world: playing hide and seek, decorating cupcakes, playing football, spinning the hula hoop, reading a comic… Then it will be up to the Momonsters to show that they are capable of doing it themselves.
“Momonsters” is aimed at children aged two to six, and the 5 characters each share the same characteristics as children that age. It has recently been nominated for the 2020 Quirino Awards as best Ibero-American animated series. Previously, the project was also awarded as ‘most innovative project’ by 3DWIRE and RED.ES; and has participated in important events in the sector such as the Annecy International Animation Festival, the Kidscreen Summit in Miami or the Pixelatl in Cuernavaca in Mexico.

Who are the main characters of Momonsters?
Haha: she is 6 years old and she is the most responsible one of the group. She has pink fur and has two horns on her head.
Hehe: he's 5 years old. He's a bit fearful, very shy and a bit pessimistic. He's a blue cyclops.
Hihi: she's a 6 year old. She's very enthusiastic, quite nervous and has a limitless imagination. She is yellow and wears her hair in two buns on top of her head.
Hoho: he's a 5 year old monster. He's good-natured and an optimist. He's always ready to play with anyone or anything but easily gets carried away. He's a green cyclops cith 2 little black wings.
Huhu: he's the youngest of the group and is almost 2 years old. He is happy and inquisitive and loves to imitate the older Momonsters. He's an orange little furry unicorn with three eyes.
