Who doesn’t dream of being an astronaut and going on a trip to space? For Newbie it becomes a reality when he buys a trip through a travel agency. Together with his cousin Laika and their monkey friend Albert, Newbie forms the main crew of the SS Geniwald and flies off! Unfortunately, young Newbie isn’t much of a captain and their ship crashes on the strange Pea Moon, inhabited by the strangest creatures. He is now stuck on the moon with the rest of the crew, looking for a way to get home… This Brazilian animated series is also known as Nilba e os Desastronautas.
