“Pfffirates” is a delightful and original animated series, produced by Cube Creative Productions. It started airing in 2022.
The show takes us to Calypso Island, where everything is inflatable. The trees, the rocks, the sun, the animals… On the island, three teams are learning the ropes of pfffirary: the Korsaires, the Phenixes and the Krakens. The three teams are being led by the famous Captain Lamar and her second, the old sea wolf Duncan.
They learn everything, from navigation exercices to shooting the canon, hunting for treasure or entering the port. To do all this, they can also use their deflating and inflating skills. There is no rest for true pfffirates! The Korsaires are the honest ones, while the other two teams don’t mind taking shortcuts to get to their goals. Luckily, the Korsaires come out victorious every time, thanks to their honesty, diligence and teamwork.

Who are the main characters of Pfffirates?
Pat Somers: leader of the Korsaires, a team of pirates-in-training
Phyllis: the only girl member of the Korsaires
Stede: the third member of the Korsaires. He's a chubby pirate.
Captain Lamar: the captain who is teaching the young pirates everything about being a good pirate
Duncan: a grumpy old pirate.
Richie Price: the leader of the Krakens, the second team of pirates-in-training. He's not very honest and constantly tries to cheat, which mostly backfires.
Scott: he's a member of the Krakens. He's all muscles but no brain.
The Phenixes: the third pirates-in-training team.
