Story

This stop-motion animated series follows the adventures of Pat Clifton, a friendly country postman, and his cat Jess, as he delivers the post through the valley of Greendale, a busy village in Cumbria, and the town of Pencaster. Although he initially concentrates on delivering his letters and parcels in his van, Pat nearly always becomes distracted by a concern of one of the villagers, like the farmer or the teacher, and is always keen to help resolve their problems.
