Rapido and Razmo are two rats who live on the S.S. Wanderer, a cheese ship that roams the oceans. The main task of the two rats is to guard the cheese! On the ship also live a few personnel: The Captain, a Russian engineer and a Japanese chef who spends a lot of time chasing the rats. Rapido is an unpleasant and lazy hypocrite, while Razmo is an obsessive-compulsive genius. Razmo has invented the ratboard, a transportation device that allows both rats to travel in and around the vessel.
