Story

Salty is a young boy who loves to hang out at the local lighthouse where he plays and learns with his friends: Aunt Chovie the lighthouse keeper, an octopus, a hermit crab, two birds and a group of clams. As everyday life brings its share of problems, the friends help each other to overcome their difficulties. Each episode features live-action footage of actual tug boats at work, from the 80’s British television series TUGS.
