Sitting Ducks

Bill: An anthropomorphic duck who dreams to fly. He wears a bow tie, which he changes every year at the Ducktown Picnic.
Aldo: Bill's best friend, an alligator. He used to work as a cook at the bowling ball factory of Swampwood, but decided he didn't want to cook duck anymore after befriending Bill.
Bev: She is the owner of the Decoy Cafe, a place where a lot of ducks come. She is also a fortune teller under her alias Madam Bevousky.
Ed, Oly and Waddle: Three brothers and friends of Bill.
Cecil: He's the only dentist in town, who provides beak adjustments for ducks. He's also an inventor.
Claire: Cecil's wife. She's afraid of alligators.
Fred: A hyperactive penguin. He always surrounds himself with bags of ice to fend off the heat.
Raoul: A crow with a Latin accent. He mocks Bill's attempts to fly.
Drill Sergeant Duck: A tough police duck, and the leader of an anti-gator organization.
Dot Cable: A duck who's Fred's girlfriend.
