Story

Strawberry Shortcake is a cartoon character that was developed by American Greetings in 1980. She was used for the imagery on greeting cards, posters and other products. Eventually an animated cartoon was made and Strawberry Shortcake dolls were produced. A number of television specials were produced throughout the 1980s. In 2003, a first remake of the series was launched, followed by a 2010 remake called Strawberry Shortcake’s Berry Bitty Adventures.
