Ari: a focused and brilliant disabled boy, who invents gadgets for the team. He designed the grabinator, an extendable robotic arm. He wears an orange suit.
Ellie: a member of the team. She is an artistic and creative girl, and is very acrobatic and good at jumping. She wears a sky blue-coloured suit.
Jax: he knows everything about everyone in town and writes it all down in his notebook. He wears a red suit.
Niah: she loves nature and is a real expert about the natural world. She wears a purple suit.
Auntie Yuki: she is the mentor of Team Zenko Go.
Ponzu: a flying squirrel who is Auntie Yuki's assistant.
Mr. Tanaka: an elderly man who works at the community center. He's a very nice man.
Lula LaBlanc: an energetic girl who like to spend time with the team.
Kat: Ari's mother, who owns a comic book store.
Rodney J. Dinkle: an arrogant boy who often causes trouble for the team.
