Story

This animated series focuses on the four villainous Dalton brothers, famous from the Lucky Luke series. They have spent more days in prison than as free men, and are continuously plotting new schemes to escape from their penitentiary in the Nevada desert. Led by their oldest brother Joe, the smallest but smartest of the four, the brothers devise crazy but creative plans to flee. Unfortunately, their plans fail miserably and they find themselves behind bars again in no time.

Joe Dalton: The oldest of the Dalton brothers. He hates Lucky Luke the most and always has a new plan to escape prison.
Averell Dalton: He is the youngest and the dumbest of the Daltons. He's a great artist.

Rin Tin Tin: He's the prison watchdog, but he's of little use. He actually likes the Daltons and even sees Joe as his master.
Pete and Emmett: The two prison guards.
Lucky Luke: He's the cowboy who puts the Daltons back in prison.
