The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack take us to a place in the middle of the ocean, called Stormalong Harbor. There lives Flapjack, a naïve young orphaned boy who was raised by a whale with the sweet name Bubbie. The boy is taken under the wings of an old pirate named Captain K’nuckles. The trio spends their time looking for Candied Island, which is supposedly made solely out of candy.
