The Powerpuff Girls are the three kindergarten aged girls Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. They were created by Professor Utonium in an attempt to create the “perfect little girl” using a mixture of “sugar, spice, and everything nice”. But he accidentally spilled the mysterious substance “Chemical X” into the mixture, thus creating three girls gifted with superpowers. The little girls have to use their powers to defend their town from villains and monsters. The girls also have to deal with the normal issues that kindergarten children face, like sibling rivalries, the loss of teeth, personal hygiene, going to school, bed wetting, or dependence on a security blanket.
