The Saturdays are a family of three: Doc and Drew are cryptozoologists who have an 11-year-old son Zak. They are all members of the Secret Scientists, an organization that studies and safeguards creatures and cryptids that are too dangerous to live amongst human beings. The Saturdays must keep their work a secret, all while fighting their enemies who try to steal the Kur Stone, an ancient artefact that leads to the location of Kur, an all-powerful cryptid.
