Story
ThunderCats Roar is the third TV series in the ThunderCats franchise. The ThunderCats have to escape their homeworld Thundera, which is suddenly destroyed. Their spaceship crash-lands on Third Earth, where they encounter strange creatures and villains, like the evil overlord Mumm-Ra. In this new series, the tone is lighter and funnier than in the previous versions.

Lion-O: The newly crowned lord of the ThunderCats, who behaves like a child.
Tygra: A tiger-ThunderCats, she is the most mature of them all.
Cheetara: The fastest of the ThunderCats, she's a professional athlete.
