Story

The animated series “Vida the Vet” follows the story of a preteen named Vida who cares for a community of animals. Vida, a 10-year-old girl, takes care of the animals living near her home, alongside her trusty hamster, Popcorn. The show is centered around Vida’s passion for animals and her dream of becoming a veterinarian. It portrays her adventures in helping various creatures, from tigers with toothaches to bears with injuries. “Vida the Vet” is a 2D-animated series that premiered in fall 2023 on BBC’s CBeebies feed and iPlayer streaming platform in the UK, as well as on Corus’s Treehouse net and STACKTV streamer in Canada. The series is produced by Spin Master Entertainment and features 52 episodes of 11 minutes each. Spin Master has also planned a global consumer products rollout for “Vida the Vet,” with toys set to be released in 2024.

Zigzag: this energetic little bunny lives in Sweethood. She has ADHD, meaning she can't sit still and always races off somewhere. She's resilient and creative.

Kipp: a clever Fennec fox, who hears everything thanks to his huge ears.
Fergie: a selfish and scatterbrained little squirrel, who is a big hoarder.
Tidbit: a sensitive and shy little turtle, who worries too much and believes he's got all sorts of diseases. A classic hypochondriac.
Otto: a calm and laid back bear. He is very optimistic and believes all problems will work themselves out eventually.
Sunny and Baby Mouse: siblings from the Mouse Family. Baby is the youngest, Sunny is 4 years old.
Pippen: an energetic koala who loves to sing, dance and put up a show.
