4-year-old Anthony has always dreamed of having a dog, but sadly his mother won’t allow any pets in the house… When Anthony befriends a stray dog in the street, he decides to adopt him and finds a very clever way of smuggling him inside: he pretends Woofy is a stuffed animal that he won at the school fair! They become great friends but have to be careful not to give anything away. Fortunately, Anthony’s little sister is too young to say anything… This animated series teaches young viewers about the importance of friendship. It also shows how much care and attention is needed when having a pet.
