Story
Zigby is a young zebra with an eccentric personality. He lives in a treehouse in Mudwater Creek, on a tropical island. He’s very enthusiastic but also quite impulsive, which often brings him into trouble. With the help of his friends McMeer the meerkat and Bertie Bird the guinea fowl, Zigby always manages to find a solution. Zigby also features in a series of picture books and board books.
Who are the main characters of Zigby?
Zigby: A zebra who is the main character of the show. He is adventurous and ends up getting himself into trouble quite often.
Bertie: An African Guinea Fowl who is Zigby's best friend. He's very cautious and always thinks about safety.
McMeer: A meerkat who is easily distracted and not very bright.
Laurence: A young lion cub who is looking for his roar. He's very shy.
Zara: A giraffe who is Zigby's younger cousin. She looks up to Zigby.
Wink, Tink and Stink: A trio of mischievous monkeys, who are Zigby's rivals. They play tricks on Zigby and his friends.
El: One of Zigby's good friends, an elephant who likes having a good time. She's very clever.
Clem: He is an annoying know-it-all.
Celeen: A hippo who loves to sing.
Vicky: A vain flamingo who loves to show off her pose.
