Fenton Q. Harcourt is a highly skeptical individual who firmly believes that the search for Atlantis is a waste of time and money. He goes out of his way to tease and belittle Milo, the grandson of the man who originally started the search for the lost city. Despite his mean attitude, Mr. Harcourt is actually a reasonable businessman who is only looking out for the best interests of the museum.
