Shan Yu, the villain of Mulan, is a gigantic and muscular man. He has a mustache in the shape of a thin horseshoe. He has yellow eyes with black sclerae, pale gray skin, a pointed nose, and a prominent forehead. His nails are long and serrated. He also has dark and abundant hair, but he is also half bald. He wears a bulky tunic made of black on the right and cream on the left with an eggplant fur trim and cuffs, an eggplant fur belt, and a gray fur scarf with wood wolf stripes.
