The temperamental green ogre Shrek lives peacefully in his swamp, until one day his home is invaded by all sorts of fairytale creatures who have been expelled by the spiteful Lord Farquaad. Shrek decides to go and see Lord Farquaad to ask him to relocate the creatures somewhere else so that he can get back to his normal life. His companion Donkey goes along. Of course, their adventure is just beginning !
