The Northern Irish animation company Sixteen South is a group of 3 companies that work together or separately to create, (co-)produce and distribute high quality children’s programs for television. The company partnered with The Jim Henson Company and PBS Kids Sprout for the production of Pajanimals, a spin-off of Sesame Workshop. Sixteen South animated content is broadcast globally on all major channels. The aim of Sixteen South remains the creation of innovative, entertaining and meaningful content for children and families. The animation company has a portfolio of more than 460 episodes of 11 hit shows. Half of the portfolio are original creations.
