Story

The character of SuperTed was created by Mike Young for his son to help him overcome his fear of the dark. It first became a book series, to become an animated series later. Teddy Bear Ted was defective upon his creation in the toy factory and thrown away. By chance, he is discovered by Spotty, a visiting Alien, who takes him to Mother Nature. She gave Ted a secret magic word that gave him superpowers and transformed him into SuperTed. SuperTed and Spotty travel across the world and into space to help others in need. Their enemies are a greedy cowboy, Texas Pete, and his two henchmen.
